1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph969 Casino platform (accessible at ph969.app and any associated subdomains or applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. • Account transfers between individuals are strictly prohibited.

• ph969 accounts are personal and non-transferable.

• Account usernames and display names must not contain offensive, vulgar, or defamatory language.

5. Deposits

ph969 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (Tether). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless the Player elects to deposit in USDT, in which case the amount is converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation. All deposit transactions are processed with instant credit to the Player's ph969 account balance.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

• Deposits made using fraudulently obtained funds or payment instruments will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• USDT deposits are accepted at network rates applicable at the time of on-chain confirmation. ph969 is not responsible for blockchain network delays or fees.

6. Withdrawals

ph969 processes withdrawal requests on a 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week basis, including Philippine public holidays. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed in under three (3) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals complete within the same business day. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

1. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds from their ph969 account.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account or wallet registered in the Player's own name. ph969 will reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.
4. Active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus with pending wagering requirements is active will forfeit the bonus balance.

6. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, ph969 may permanently withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation and potential reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

ph969 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of the offer, which form part of and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of winnings derived from bonus play becomes part of the Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonuses not completed within the stated validity period expire and are removed from the account without notice.
• ph969 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirement completion and at what contribution rate (e.g., slots may contribute 100%; certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all).

8. Gaming Rules

6. Using automated software, bots, or AI tools to play games, place bets, or exploit bonus terms.

8. Engaging in charge-back procedures with payment providers while retaining gaming winnings associated with the charged-back deposit.
9. Harassing, abusing, or threatening ph969 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the ph969 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of ph969 and, if you wish to close your account, contact ph969 support to request account closure and return of your Real Money Balance.
